IT ALL STARTED WITH ONE WOMAN: MISS KING.
Miss King was a feisty, spirited gal who could really bake a cake. Her desserts were so delicious, people would line up around the block just to get a taste. Of course, she was also so charming, men would come from miles around just to see her smile. (And have a nice big slice of a Chocolate Pecan Bundt.) Afternoons at Miss King’s became so popular, she turned her past time into a business – and in 1944, the Pecan House Tea Room on Mulberry Street was born. Although, the name has changed, the desserts still go on.

The Original Yahoo Baking Company has a variety of nuts, cakes, cheesecakes, and cookies to choose from. I don't know if you guys know by now, but I love cheesecakes, so I chose the one above.
This is one mountain everybody loves to climb. The base is a rich and fudgy brownie. In the middle, it's our creamy cheesecake covered with a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate mousse. On the top, it's chocolate chips, caramel drizzle and plump, crunchy pecans. One taste and you'll know you've reached the summit. Pre-sliced in 12 portions.
My cheesecake arrived in the mail today. I couldn't wait to open it up and try it. So, I didn't wait, I opened it up and my son and I had a slice. It was a perfect mix of cheesecake and brownie, my two favorite things. I think I am going to put this in the freezer so that I can take out a slice whenever I want it.
